Host an image (only JPEG works though, so you'll have to convert it), copy the URL, then insert it!

you need to upload to Tinypic, Photobucket or DeviantArt (or something like that. That gives you a link to the picture. Then you put in here
and ta your picture comes up
Keep in mind you have to have the DIRECT LINK or open the image in a new tab/window and get the direct link for the image
