Centuries ago there lived a wolf who seemed like any other, he lived happily within his pack as they prospered greatly. One day this wolf was send out to prove there worth so they may possibly be given the position as a lead warrior. For this wolf had been working towards this position is all his time in the pack, so he wanted this more than anything. And being a little selfish this wolf saw the world for himself and not for others around him.
Setting out on this mission the male left the territory to live a total of thirty days on his own before he was to return to his pack. As he pushed through these thirty days fighting for himself and struggling with the cold snow whether it finally game time to return to his pack to claim his place as lead warrior.
As he strode proudly back to his pack he came to face the horror of his whole pack shot dead staining the snow below them a deep red. Among the dead wolves stood out a red scarf twisting in the wind as it hung from a tree. Becoming filled with anger he let out a angry howl to the moon, it seemed all of his happiness was stolen from him. Being the selfish wolf he was he felt as though if could not have happiness then no other could.
No one knows what happened to the wolf after that but it is said that his soul still lives and he can be seen like a mist with the red scarf wrapped tightly around his neck. If you are unlucky enough to see him then you will bring nothing but dis-pear and disaster to yourself and others around yourself. It is foretold that you can rid of this curse if you only face your worst fear and rid of it. Sounds easy enough right? Well your wrong, if you choose the path to do so the wolf will steer you from your goal and do everything in their power to push you to do otherwise.
